about me

Need a writer?
Let me assist. It's my aim to improve your writing, wherever it appears—on the web, in your company newsletter, a training manual, your policy and procedure online system, an employee handbook, your online help, software documentation, a getting/started implementation guide, a web strategy or what-have-you. If you need assistance organizing, planning, or writing a document of importance, let me help.

What can I do for you?
Meet with me and we'll discuss your documentation needs. I can give you an estimate on the cost to complete your task, and then I'll take you through a step-by-step process to ensure that with us working together, your documentation needs get met. Your writing tasks might be as simple as modifying passive web content to a more active voice, making recommendations on your web content, revising said web content, designing and writing online help, designing and writing policies and procedures, creating brochures explaining the benefits of working with your company, etc., The list is probably endless. The important point is that it might be worth meeting with me to see if I can be of service to you, and your organization.

Remember, how your documentation appears does leave a lasting imprint on your customer. It's similar to first impressions. They last, no matter what anybody tells you. Ensure the impression created by your documentation, is the best possible for you and your organization. Call me for more information. 604.521.5767
